Tractebel Engineering GmbH and Tractebel Overdick have developed a showcase and business model for Green Hydrogen offshore production in combination with offshore wind energy. In addition to a video explaining the economic and technical advantages an Augmented Reality demonstration app (with 3D feature) was developed. The app shows on technical details of the showcase and was a highlight on the Engie booth on the E-World fair in 2022. In addition, the Augmented Reality 3D app was also presented in several inhouse events of Tractebel for most important customers thus, also for active client contacting.

The preparation of the Augmented Reality App comprised the development of the 3D model as the basis of the app (based on AutoCAD files provided by Tractebel), the design and layout for the presentation on the Engie booth on the E-World fair in 2022. In addition, a promotion video was produced which Tractebel has published this on LinkedIn as well. Tractebel has got an enormous customer feedback on this presentation stating also Tractebel’s capabilities in full digital (3D) engineering.
